finally! 9 weeks of BMT are over!
i was the valecdictorian and represented the whole bmt cohort to give a speech!
my sgt major chose me to do it...i had to options , being the parade coomander or the person giving the speech! i was also the ic for recruits night . lots of pple say im my sgt majors fav boy ..well lets just say i thank him and all the warrent officers for giving me all these opportunities.
i guess im pretty well known in sembawang camp as my nickname is "an kong dua jia" givin by my sgt major, he wld shout all over looking for me sometimes. this makes queue cutting a breeze! haha!
all in all i lost about 5kg. size lost is pretty visible accordingly to everyone!
but i'm really happy that i can take this one week to catch up with my ewf friends,close friends,my family and my darling.
ive been a good boy recently attending church 3 times a week for the past 2 weeks. its a bonding session for my family and me every sunday, going to church den having lunch.
i just love east coast road, it brings back so much memories. from 1996 till now.....14 years...wow..sunday classses, my working buddies ,alter boys.
i miss my past, but i love the present.
rship has been gg very well! little arguments and loads of crazy funky time tgt.
not been taking my dear out to walk arnd for a long long time. so i promised her this friday!im looking foward to it! i know she is too!
i love it how she is so supportive of me in bbding. how she cant wait for me to prepare for my next show and all! thanks peeps for helping me settle my "business" when i was in bmt.
training:
well over the past few days ive done loads of research...i mean i always do it...but i wld like to share some interesting stuff with u guys.
im someone whom u can call a thinking bbder. i dont follow pple in whatever they do, though i admit i did at the start.now i go with logic.
some things i learnt and think is logical that may be useful with u guys.
-always periodize ur training
-volume training is crucial for hypertrophy
-not all muscle grp respond to the same rep ranges
-dont always do drop sets, restpause ,force reps etc
-how fucking effective the pull ups really are,infact all u need to build the upper back
and somemore which i will post up soon.
let me talk more on the first point.
periodization . i tihnk its impt as ur body easily adapts to ur training style and i have been stagnant for a long time as i just realise all i did was changing the order of my exercise. thats not enough. uve got to mix and match diff exercises and go through diff phases of training such as power week, hypertrophy week etc.play arnd with the reps . ur body is smarter than u think it is.

tmr is gona be time for magnum video shoot! dont laugh! my body may be small now but with all the tips i have learnt! i believe i can pack on 3kgs in the next 1 month!
