
starting 15 september ,life wld be a routine.
for those that wanna know what my diet wld be like,everyday it wld be like this
830 meal 1
1130 meal 2
1.30 meal 3
530 meal 4
8pm meal 5
930 meal 6
11 meal 7
12 bed
meals wld consist of eggs ,hell lot of broccoli,chix breast,beef and salmon,sweet potatoes and potatoes.
did almost an hr of planning on my carb cycling . calculated my bmr
" BMR = 66 + (13.7 x weight in kg) + (5 x height in cm) - (6.8 x age)"
to be 2007 calories
x 1.6 to determine my activity level which is quite high due to the nature of my work,to be 3211 calories.
so carb on a moderate day wld be 238 g on a high day wld be 125 % of moderate and low days to be 75 % of moderate.
protein wld remain at 285 g and fat at 40g
every 3 weeks carb wld minus off by 20g.
right ,for the past 2 weeks,i personally found that my rship had been like the stock market,loads of up and downs,sometimes i get so frustrated i feel like saying fuck it and just go home,but i will do my best not to repeat my past mistakes and just avoid situations.
brought her to the flyer ,cofe club and pizza hut for dinner along with my other friends.
overall i still did have a fun time with you my dear.
o and did i tell u guys,we went to the spore flyer and the guy working at the ice cream store was so nice to us. he gave us each a free ice cream that cost 7 bucks per cup and i secretly said if only we had free coke too...and guess what....we had 4 soft drinks for free shortly after....what a nice chap! we dont even know him.
