learning to appreciate

its so funny how one cld appreciate the simple wonders of food when he diets for a comp.

things like pan fried eggs with olive oil taste so dam good. smelling the food from ur everyday local coffee shop is a torture and looking a tur family eating home cooked food is just crazy....

ha ha...but i have to remind myself...6 weeks left and i gotta focus on what and why i am doing this.

6 weeks left....and alot more to cut...

4 weeks had passed and i lost 3.7kg of fat and putting on 1kg of muscle...mainly from my thighs.

looking good but it cld go faster...blame it on the cardio i just started a week and a half ago....or rather blame it on me.




went to church today with frendals after cardio session and somehow during the sermon i wasnt listening just thiking back on what an awesome gf i have....all the things she did for me...bought for me and the way she cares. amazing.

suddenly thought abt the time she stayed up till 4 for a couple of days to teach me stats.

and days when i stay over whr she wld voluntarily cook my ton of eggs for me at night...wash the dishes without me asking.

ure amazing dear.

gona miss playing lan with weihao and aron once weihao gets enllisted which is like in a week.

lets play more this week b4 u go in!

happy bdae love ones

first of all i wanna wish a very happy bdae to my gf,my dad and my mom! im going to post the photos up after my dads bdae so for now its just words.

seriously what a sad sad time for me to diet! so much good food but i cant eat for nuts.

right so last thursday we had a celebration by going to the science centre ! though we had limited time as it was abt to close we did have much fun! gota say my dear looked freaking gorgeous in that short dress haha!

right after which we went over to east coast park to vista bistro to have dinner where i had cerassar salad without the sauce and she had chicken delight,soup and yummy deserts.


day after we had dinner at her parents club at night and i had bloody sald again.the food looked pretty yummy though.

on sat we went prawning with weiwen and his cousins with dear. i didnt catch any cuz i was so lazy but they caught quite a few!

we den had bbq at weiwens hse and had a huge feast! sadly...i wasnt able to bloody eat again. lol
