everything happens for a reason



well i did not see any wrong in adding her and besides u wanna know the main reason as to why i added her? very simple.i wanted her to know how well i am doing without her.every single day every single moment take a good look at my pictures.i have friends that i can turn to unlike last time ,i have a wonderful and beautiful gf that supports me in almost every aspect in life i cld ever think of.i want to show her that i do not need her in my life for it to be complete,with or without her,totally insignificant.

jeez....what the fuck did i see in you?haha i must be blind.ure fuckin fat,fickle minded and ...well playing netball all these yrs doesnt help does it?

thinking back,i guesss everything happens for a reason,cuz i totally dig having my current love right now.

i miss rocky masters

not that i miss my job as i have quit cause the pple at plaza sing are mostly fucked up,and the place is fucked up too.

i miss my first batch of ex colleagues like rachael,sequeena,michelle,nurinda,azphar,aunty jennifer,aunty siew keng,keith,indra,taufiq,siti and felix.

gosh seriously i had the most fun job in 2006.working at cine was a blast.we would have fun and laughters everyday,on days that r busy we wld perspire like hell and sometimes tempers flare,carry loads of garbage bags at the end of the day and run towards the rubbish chute.see fights and arguments almost every weekends,including staff against customers.joking arnd with dirty jokes and lame jokes that will crack us up,playing cards,playing pool after that.have some sort of political disagreement at work.clubbing invitations once in awhile.meeting up on weekends once in awhile to chill ,to have fun and get to know each other better rather than just being colleagues.having challets at like 1am after work on a weekday ,totally insane.buying bdae gifts for one another and i mean real bdae gifts.we nv forget to remember each others bdae.and of cuz i miss the regular customers,ice coffee thai mat thais and all.all of us doing moonwalks after mopping the floor,and me falling down and breaking an ashtray,me recognising the wrong person and running away only to bang into the wall.lol

gosh....seriously i doubt i can ever find such wonderful colleagues.even working at jx...totally sucks compared to this but def not as bad as ps.working in those 2 places its just hi-bye,no going out or talking on msn and stuff.gosh.

was reading this in hydhers blog and i read this article before last year but i wanted to read it again,cuz its so bloody meanigful,even if u have read it b4 take time to read this again.

kinda upset after reading this,wish things wld have gone back to where it was b4 it all began whr we wld have our nice nightly talks at starbucks ,us talking abt bbding,u talking abt ur gf and talking abt "her". hope we can do this during our holidays. miss it



The Mayonnaise Jar and 2 Cups of Coffee

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of coffee.
A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him.
When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with an unanimous 'yes.'

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.

'Now,' said the professor as the laughter subsided, 'I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things---your family, your children, your health, your friends and your favorite passions---and if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house and your car.

The sand is everything else---the small stuff. 'If you put the sand into the jar first,' he continued, 'there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

'Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Spend time with your children. Spend time with your parents. Visit with grandparents. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your spouse out to dinner. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal.

Take care of the golf balls first---the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.'


One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented. The professor smiled and said, 'I'm glad you asked.'

'The coffee just shows you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.'

weekends






































the weekends had been great...went on saturday to sentosa for a picnic with ashley ,sherman,weihao,dear, claire and myself.




and sunday met up with peter jeremy brandon and all the others including my gf! to watch the 47th national bodybuilding comp at victoria concert hall.overall it was a great show.



the juniors this yr were spectacular.xianghua did a great job getting a clear cut gold medal in the juniors and a 4th in the seniors when i thought he shld have placed a third.but u know what hes only a junior.good job dude.16-20 weeks of dieting paid off


chun leng did great,brought up his legs and clinched a second i actually thought he cld have placed 1st ,tough fight.good job too bro


last but not least the last category,all three were my friends but nigel standing beside elton and daryl is like a mini van with 2 tanks.elton and daryl were huge! one of the best juniors i have seen to date.very proportionate and very huge comparing their size and condition this yr i can say they beat roy and rays condition and size last yr hands down.they were really impressive.eltons posing was really striking love it.both were 50/50 on par ...


so roy and ray u guys gota workhard!

i realise smth,when ure incredible,everyone will jsut shut up and watch u. everyone only pays atenntion to the first and second guy no one cares abt the rest,its the sad truth.


that being said,im glad my dear enjoyed the show,she spurrs me on when she says things like" i cant wait for you to stand on stage and shine","i know u can clinche the title "and last but not least,"i want you to wow everyone with ur legs". and so thats what im going to do

2 weeks into my dieting,so far so good ab line starting to show a lil when flexed stomach went down a hell lot.my weights belt went from hole 4 to hole 6! and the veins on my forearms and biceps are starting to appear ..well 13 weeks to go jia you!

well so far so good.

one week of dieting.cant really tell though but i can tell from the results! my stomach size has gone down considerably.my abs line is starting to appear faintly. and u know what,through losing fat,i gained half a cm on my arms.thats not alot but! it proves u can lose fat and build muscle at the same time!

right so my diet for the past week had changed from what i had listed

this was what i had last week

meal 1: oats+protein shake +a can of tuna

meal 2:chix breast + brown rice

meal 3:chix breast + brown rice

meal 4:250 grms of beef + brown rice

meal 5:2 cups of romain lettuce+ tuna
pre workout:protein shake + banana
post workout:plain spag + 2 protein shakes

total protein:310grams

diet aint that strict yet but as weeks pass its gona be stricter.

strength still there if not more than usual on most days i guess cuz of the supps and beef.

right kinda nice to have my gf making me stick to my diet when we go out,even when i wanna have a strand of fry,she said NO!stick to ur diet!haha....she says she hopes things go well for me cuz she wanna see me shine on stage.hey ...ill do my very best girl! for u my friends and my beloved parents.

i cant tell u how much my parents r behind me all these while.its incredible.seriously

they r my biggest fan,telling me what to work on,helping me snap pics of my bodyfor progression,telling me i aint small when i have my "small days" telling me that i can own the comp even when i know it aint that easy.preparing msot my my daily meals providing me cash to buy my chems.even doing the procedure for me.envious?not surprised.i know im the luckiest.thats why whatever position i get,its for you and i setting my eyes on only one position.well thats the way.u wanna be the best,settle for nth but the best.brandon once told me to be the best,u have to take the champion as the minimal mark.so true.

o yea and brandon my friends say u improved alot...good job to u.u deserve it,u have been brutal with ur training.smth i am working towards cuz i am always known to give up when the pain sets in.i know i improved but theres still room for improvement.

well talking abt my darling,i have been pushing her whenever i train her and one thing i dont like is the attitude she gives me whenever i push her slightly beyond her limit,or whenever i tell her what to do.pls work on that darling cuz i get sick of it whenever u behave like that.but u know what she has been great....leg pressing 80kg ,curling almost 15lbs per hand...strength wise ,u improved tremendously.i can start to see the seperation between ur delts tris and bis,and ur hams and quads.good job dear.and she put on 1kg of muscle from the body analysis! woo!just want you to know if u want to have a body to die for,if u wanna have a body that stands out u gota train in a diff way in a way that pushes urself beyond limits dear.so try not to give me attitude! haha but i can see ure changing.great.

my goal is to put on 4-5kg of muscle and lose 10 percent of my body fat.hope it works.
