6 weeks out. its make or break time. isnt it cool frendals? 2 training partners going for the same comp and doing our best of bagging the 2 golds of diff weight class? im not saying that that will happen,but at least i know thats what we r trying to make happen.

had a shoot in sch helping my friends friend. ended being baked in the sun with this other model claud..smth.....dont know whats her full name ...dam long....from some....i dont knw...russian xtry...178cm 17 yrs old...fucked up shit.haha

yesterday met up with adrian tan along with frendals we cldnt believe cuz it was too good to be true...went to polo and guess what..it was really him! so he advised us on dieting,usage ,potassium loading ,sodium and all. but he did mention smth..if our condition was gd enough we dont need to do any manipulation..just cruise in. hes huge........ not thick but fucking broad ....shoulders like cannon balls...veins r like.......omg...haha...overall a really nice guy.he asked us to go to cali studio to show him our posing...kinda reluctant cuz we have still alot to do!

anyway... my dear had gone to vietnam and...i wish her to have a safe trip....love u baby
