mike patton is fuckin talented. he is the voice behind i am legend monsters,left 4 dead zombies and the darkness game.

just completed the game the darkness... pretty sick gameplay.

gory ,sadistic and all...love it.watching my "gf" being shot in the head while i am being restrianed,getting tortured by getting my face drilled by a driller.eating the hearts out of victims,loads of cursing and swearing and not forgetting that image of the three crucified invertedly with blood spewing from the mouth called...well...the crucified...sick shit..but love it!

yeap out from training cuz my muscles are failing me. trying with all my might to do six pull ups....and it was agonizing just doing six.push ups gave me a headache...skipped some body parts buts its ok.

i may not have any appetite,but i forced myself with food....being sick is not a fucking excuse for one to slack on his diet.

forced myself with 25 eggs,a salmon, lots of rice and 3 protein shakes. i feel satisfied.

come tuesday..its time for redemption.
