well so far so good.

one week of dieting.cant really tell though but i can tell from the results! my stomach size has gone down considerably.my abs line is starting to appear faintly. and u know what,through losing fat,i gained half a cm on my arms.thats not alot but! it proves u can lose fat and build muscle at the same time!

right so my diet for the past week had changed from what i had listed

this was what i had last week

meal 1: oats+protein shake +a can of tuna

meal 2:chix breast + brown rice

meal 3:chix breast + brown rice

meal 4:250 grms of beef + brown rice

meal 5:2 cups of romain lettuce+ tuna
pre workout:protein shake + banana
post workout:plain spag + 2 protein shakes

total protein:310grams

diet aint that strict yet but as weeks pass its gona be stricter.

strength still there if not more than usual on most days i guess cuz of the supps and beef.

right kinda nice to have my gf making me stick to my diet when we go out,even when i wanna have a strand of fry,she said NO!stick to ur diet!haha....she says she hopes things go well for me cuz she wanna see me shine on stage.hey ...ill do my very best girl! for u my friends and my beloved parents.

i cant tell u how much my parents r behind me all these while.its incredible.seriously

they r my biggest fan,telling me what to work on,helping me snap pics of my bodyfor progression,telling me i aint small when i have my "small days" telling me that i can own the comp even when i know it aint that easy.preparing msot my my daily meals providing me cash to buy my chems.even doing the procedure for me.envious?not surprised.i know im the luckiest.thats why whatever position i get,its for you and i setting my eyes on only one position.well thats the way.u wanna be the best,settle for nth but the best.brandon once told me to be the best,u have to take the champion as the minimal mark.so true.

o yea and brandon my friends say u improved alot...good job to u.u deserve it,u have been brutal with ur training.smth i am working towards cuz i am always known to give up when the pain sets in.i know i improved but theres still room for improvement.

well talking abt my darling,i have been pushing her whenever i train her and one thing i dont like is the attitude she gives me whenever i push her slightly beyond her limit,or whenever i tell her what to do.pls work on that darling cuz i get sick of it whenever u behave like that.but u know what she has been great....leg pressing 80kg ,curling almost 15lbs per hand...strength wise ,u improved tremendously.i can start to see the seperation between ur delts tris and bis,and ur hams and quads.good job dear.and she put on 1kg of muscle from the body analysis! woo!just want you to know if u want to have a body to die for,if u wanna have a body that stands out u gota train in a diff way in a way that pushes urself beyond limits dear.so try not to give me attitude! haha but i can see ure changing.great.

my goal is to put on 4-5kg of muscle and lose 10 percent of my body fat.hope it works.
