my parents are the best imo.i just love em so much. you shld see how much they support me in whatever i do especially in this sport. just imagining my dad goes into my room early in the morning and say ...good ur arm grew alil bigga..keep up the good work. and recently he just told me i shld change my training as i need to put on more mass..been stagnant for too long.my mom prepares my meals in the morning...making sure i never miss a meal.haha i never said these words to you...perhaps not in the near future but i wanna say it here...i love you.

well have been really lazy ...whats more im down with a flu and ulcers..no training since friday.appetite has gone down the drain...
right , mood has been really bad..gets irritated and flare up at the slightest things..becoming a destructive meanie lol.
dear had been coming over to stay home with me...and practically we just rest the whole day at home...she bought me an adidas t-shirt for our one yr.i love it...its tight fit and shows my frame off.thanks dear. i bought her a dress from zara and taking her to sushi tei on monday. flying off on tuesday sheesh...totally not excited abt it.i haven packed anything yet.
cant wait to hit the gym tmr...though im not fully recovered.
o yea played badminton with jia yi and weihao on sunday night. it was fun ...just wished they wld run more.
my legs have been killing me...did german voulme training smth so diff from the kinda high intensity training we usually do. 10 sets of 10 amounting to 100 reps....my legs cramped twice. and it hurt like hell for the next 4 days...cldnt even sit down to shit properly.haha...
ill take a goooood 10 days off from training and all but when im back,im going to switch my training programme back to volume training ...with what i first started with when i first trained..it worked well...hit worked well too but its time for a change....come to think of it..just 20 weeks plus away from my competition...thats fast...meaning i have a mth to get my body back in shape and a full 14 weeks to prepare for my contest,provided the info on the asian bodybuilding federation is confirmed. this is it..ive got so many lagging body parts to bring up...but for now i am hoping i can gun for the top 3. main 2 body parts i wanna bring up...my lats and my triceps.
with so much time in my hands as im down with flu...i did alot of research and i have got to say bodybuilding its a sport that is soo darn complicated. its not about practice unlike other sports...its about research and knowledge. if you dont research you r not gona make it far ure gona screw ur body up...almost 5 yrs into this sport....with the first 1 yr ..me wasting alot of time as i knew shit and trained like one...i gota say from the second yr till now ,i have been constantly learning and experimenting with training,diet,chems and supps...and i can say as each yr passes i get to know more and more abt them...i get to know more and more abt my body.so much so that seniors ask me for advice...haha my body aint that good but its about what i have learnt.i always open up my mind to everyones advice and what they have to say...it may be true it may be bullshit...but i do my research and sometimes i may learn smth from them.
begiiners often come up to me and ask me if they did this and that ate this and that wld they grow to my size? well i wld just smile at them and say yea why not...but seriously it takes wayyyy more than what they say...however if ure gona tell them what u have learnt or know...they will just end up in a land of confusion.
this sport is so complicated ,its almost all about science. i just learned smth new today and im so satisfied.i can say on my part that this is one sport that you must take a lifetime to fully understand its complexity.
